Commercial Concrete
On the home page when we referred to commercial concrete projects we mostly referenced the work that we do in parking areas or private roads. There are other types of projects that would essentially fall within the “commercial concrete” designation. Like repairing or building sidewalks and building fronts. Since there are a lot of things that could fall under this label we want to make sure one thing is clear. Virtually anything that we do outside of a residential area could be labeled a commercial concrete service. Even if we don’t get around to referencing something that you feel resembles your specific need don’t hesitate to give us a call. All of the projects that we work on are essentially custom made, so there is a good chance that we’re going to be able to help you regardless.
All Of The Right Permits We talk about this on our driveway and sidewalk page as well. There is usually a need to obtain certain permissions to be able to do any type of commercial project. For example, if we’re creating a unique storefront and we need to do some work in or near public property we at least need to make sure we can work in that spot on specific hours. These are all things that we’re going to be able to help you with. Help With Parking Lots A lot of the work that we do when it comes to commercial projects revolves around being able to create parking lots. Speaking of permits and things that you have to do on that end, we can make sure that the size of the lot fits what is required. A lot full of cracks is not a place that potential clients or employees want to park in. Luckily, we can help you avoid these types of problems across the board. Why Concrete Just Makes Sense When it comes to commercial projects a lot of times companies will have their reserves about going with concrete in any area. The main issue that many folks have with concrete is the price tag. The way that we see it though, the added price on the front end pays dividends on the back end because it won’t require nearly as much maintenance as asphalt for example. As a company usually your entrance or your parking lot are areas that you don’t want to have to worry about on a daily basis.
